Refunds of registration fees for in-town programs shall be made as follows:
After registration is processed

Once uniforms are ordered

Exceptions to the above may be made on a case by case basis, e.g., in cases where a player is deemed medically unfit/unable to play before the start of the season. All exceptions must be approved by the President and Treasurer.
